Ms. P. Kalai Selvi, President

She is the co-founder of TNTDS. In her times, she achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first girl in the region to complete K-8 education.
As a natural leader, she has strong commitment to her Indigenous peoples’ development.

Mr. S. Maria Savari, Vice President

A physical education teacher, he plays a crucial role in the development of sports programs. He contributes to holistic growth and empowerment of the Indigenous youth.

Mr. C. Arokia Dass, Secretary

Founder of TNTDS. He is a respected Dalit leader.
He has nearly 40 years of dedicated service in the fields of Education and development in oppressed communities.
An accredited TOT in Community Health – AHI-Japan, Livestock, and Emergencies, guidelines and Standards- Kenya, Bias Free Framework – Canada, Financial Inclusion of the Poor – CAOADY international, Canada

Mr. Robert Cyril, Board Member

He holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management. He assumes responsibility for the organization’s office administration.
His role extends to overseeing youth programs. He contributes to cultivation of young talents and potential.

Mr. U. Lurdunathan, Treasurer

A Dalit leader. He is a seasoned office administrator with 35 years of experience in planning and accounting.
He is also a person with disabilities and his disability initiatives furthering the society’s commitment to inclusive development.

Ms. A. Saritha, Board Member

An Indigenous Women Leader.
Her 15 years of experience in women’s organization makes her a valuable asset to TNTDS.
She is entrusted with the responsibility of advocating for the rights and well-being of indigenous peoples’ adolescents, reflecting the organization’s dedication to nurturing the younger generation.

Mr. A. Antony Davis Lisin, Board Member

Plays a pivotal role in TNTDS’s climate action programs.
Actively contributing to the organization’ in addressing environmental challenges.
Assumes the role of Monitoring and Evaluation
